Day 1: Branch Warren

The Man!!! Branch Warren! 33 years old, 5'7", 240lbs contest weight, 265lbs off season. A real perfect freak of nature!!!

Day 2: James "Flex" Lewis

James "Flex" Lewis, the kid from Wales who placed third in the 202 & Under class at his first Olympia (with great placings in his two other 2008 pro shows). Only 5'4" and 24 years old, this is one guy with a phenomenal future in bodybuilding.

Day 3: Robert Piotrkowicz

Super heavy Pole Robert Piotrkowicz came second at the Arnold Amateur, won the Elite Tour and then came second again at the World Championships (placing behind Overall and Masters champ Ahmed Hamouda from Egypt) in 2008. Here's hoping for bigger and even better in 2009!

Day 4: Phil Heath

"The Gift" who will surely one day be king!!!

The former University of Denver basketball player, 29 year old, 5'9" Phil Heath placed third in this year's Mr Olympia, his first. Having placed first in three of the six IFBB pro shows he has entered, and having only really started to add more serious mass in the last year (by his own admission), the the guy is going to go a long, long way in the sport.
