Roelly Winklaar: New York's Next

The clip above is from Team-Andro, just two days out of the Arnold Classic where he placed 7th in a tough competition and then the next weekend he placed 3rd at the Australian Grand Prix. Below are pictures, I believe from the FIBO Power in Germany and up next for Roelly is the New York Pro and then the Olympia. He is certainly a pro to watch!!!

Justin Wilcox: The Silverback

A slew of new videos (well 3 anyway) from USAMuscle have gone up on YouTube of wrestler turned bodybuilder turned Mixed Martial Arts fighter Justin Wilcox who won the overall at the 2005 Musclemania Superbody Championships in Miami and hence his pro card.

Justin moved on from bodybuilding however after seeing Josh Koscheck, an old college wrestling buddy, on Spike's Ultimate Fighter, deciding MMA was the sport for him. He dropped the weight (going from 205lbs to 155lbs apparently, though he won the 2005 Superbody at 165lbs) and began competing as lightweight. He is currently, I believe, one of the guys on the Strikeforce team.

And so, as opposed to "pretty boy" Justin above, below is a clip, and pictures, of Justin in a fight (for more info on him go to Sherdog):

Since placing second at the 2010 Arnold, Phil Heath has been hitting the guest posing circuit with appearances at the NPC Big Sky Championships in Missoula, MT on March 27, the 2010 NPC Kalamazoo Bodybuilding Championships in Michigan on April 3, and Le Top de Colmar in France on April 10:

Phil will be appearing at the FIBO Power in Germany towards the end of this month, and then at the NPC Pittsburgh on May 1. Check out his site for a complete run down of upcoming appearances and events!

Branch Warren: Another Comparison

Branch was posing above with fellow Texan Jason English who he used to train with from 1997 to 2002.

Below are some newer shots of Branch from RxMuscle's 2010 Arnold Classic Gallery, along with his actual routine:

Jose Raymond: Orlando 202

Weighing in at 201lbs, pretty much a full 50lbs heavier than when he won the lightweight class at the 2001 Nationals nine years ago. Pretty goddamn massive for a 5'4" 34 year old and this cements Jose as probably my favorite bodybuilding on the circuit!

After being in the first call out with Eduardo Correa, James Llewellin and Roc Shabazz, Jose ultimately placed third behind Eduardo and Roc. His posing routine can be seen here in the RxMuscle forum's Live Play-by-Play, while more pics can be found here.

Some of the thoughts on Jose:

Dave Palumbo: "Thick as a house….shredded glutes….tons of muscle…condition is on."

Aaron Singerman: "My boy... Thick as a tank. The freak of the 202 class. A ton of muscle on a 5'3 frame. Glutes are in... Dryer than yesterday. Vascular as hell. Going to be CRAZY in 3 weeks in NYC! Watch out Kev...."
